Responsibilities:

* Design and development of next generation computer telephony system components

* Implementation of W3C (VoiceXML/SSML/SRGS) and IETF (SIP/MRCP) specifications

* Develop network-based media resource control frameworks (speech synthesis/recognition)

* Work closely with VoIP (SIP/RTP) and PSTN (SS7/ISDN) telecommunications paradigms

Requirements:

* 5+ years industry experience

* Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering

* Strong server-oriented, multi-threaded, scalable system development experience

* Strong analytical problem solving skills

* Experience in cross-platform C++ development on Windows, Solaris, and Linux

* Experience implementing IETF, ETSI, or W3C specifications

* Experience in telecommunications, speech recognition, or media processing is an advantage

* Experience with Internet protocols and programming paradigms is an advantage
